I did this project on a pennant to make into a bunting, but you can put it on anything you want. It could go on a greeting card, gift box, wall art, or something else fun.

I used the IOD stamp Chrysanthemums, but you could use almost any flower stamp with defined petals. You could also use a stamp that has leaves, feathers, or other defined lines in a pattern. This project has a similar technique to the peacock we did with the IOD Pavo stamp for IOD live TV on Facebook last year.
